Mainland Tourist Industry Circles to Taiwan for an on-the-spot Investigation

The report knew from China National Tourism Administration that 39 persons from mainland tourist industry circles will go to Taiwan for an on-the-spot investigation from June 16 to 26 at the invitation of Taiwan Strait Sightseeing and Tours Association.

Headed by Fan Guishan, Standing Director and Assistant Secretary General of Cross-Strait Tourism Exchange Association, the team leaders from travel agencies firstly appointed to operate the tourism business of mainland residents going to Taiwan will inspect Taiwan’s scenic zones and hotels, and discuss the prospects of cooperation with Taiwan party.

It was known that the first tourism groups traveling to Taiwan consist of 33 travel agencies. On July 4, the first travel agencies will kick off and officially carry out the travel of mainland residents going to Taiwan on July 18.
